On this day of , ________________permission is hereby granted to Cinnabar Vista Productions (herein referred to as “FILMMAKER” to use the property,___________________________________________________ located at________________________________________________________
for the purpose of photographing and recording scenes (interior and/or exterior) for motion pictures/video productions, with the right to exhibit and license others to exhibit all or any part of said scenes in motion pictures/video productions throughout the world. Said permission shall include the right to bring personnel and equipment (including props and temporary sets) onto said premises, and to remove the same there from after completion of work. The FILMMAKER agrees that said property will be in equal condition upon leaving as upon arriving, ordinary wear and tear in accordance with this agreement excepted______________________________________.

The above permission is granted for ____________days, as may be necessary, for the sum of $_______________ per day of principal photography in which said location is used, commencing on or about the day of ____________________, (subject to change in case of changes in the schedule or weather conditions), and continuing until completion of all scenes and work required. No charge is to be made except for days on which the aforementioned property is actually used for principal photography.

The FILMMAKER herby agrees to hold the undersigned harmless of and from any and all liability and loss, which the undersigned may incur by reason of any accidents, or other damages caused by any of the FILMMAKER’s employees or equipment on or about said premises. The undersigned does hereby assure and represent to have full right and authority to enter into this agreement concerning the above-described premises, and that the undersigned does hereby indemnify and agree to hold the FILMMAKER free and harmless from and against any and all loss, liability, or claims of any nature, including, but not limited to attorney’s fees, arising from or concerning a breach of the above warranty.
